decent stay, but some issues noted

The bath mat definitely needed replacing. It looked old. the coffee provided in the small jar seemed stale, with granules stuck to the sides. i wasn't offered a cooked breakfast, so i am unsure if it was included. the owner's comment about having "had enough" of b&b, strange.

a perfect place to unwind
great hostsearly check-inwelcome cake
shane and hayden are great hosts. i could leave my car before check-in. i was also offered an early check-in because the room was ready. shane even offered to pick me up after i walked, very kind and welcome after a day on the path.
the bath mat looked old and could have been replaced.

The room had direct access to the driveway. My car was parked right outside. i found a little kitchenette inside with a sink, drainer, microwave, and full-size fridge!
The bath mat seemed old. I think it could have been replaced.
